I work at night so my activity is from pm to am. It won't let me change it.

I'm not sure what you're asking? If you're talking about your Hourly Activity Goal, You can change that on the app by going to the account which is on the top left of the app on the home screen. Once you get there, tap on Daily Activity, then Hourly Activity Goal. From there, you adjust the time you want to show that you're active. I hope that helps!
