I have a replacement Fitbit for a defective devise.
how do I set it up

Make sure you are logged into app with same account. Go to 'Account' page 'Set up a Device', and answer questions. If old device is still connected, it will say so and ask if this is a replacement device.

My replacement FitBit will not send me the code to finalize setup. I get to the smiley face... and then it goes black and then nothing.
