Hi. I'm really hoping I can find help. I bought my Fitbit inspire hr yesterday and I'm struggling with the setup. I followed the instructions to the tea and once I get to the part where it has to download the firmware it responds with a failed setup. I tried countless times switching no and off my phone and Bluetooth and resetires the device and no luck. I don't know if the problem is with my phone (Huawei p9 lite), with the app or with the watch (Fitbit inspire hr).
Please help😥

Hi @PatriciahMasiu , unfortunately I can confirm that the problem is with your phone. From the Fitbit website:
WHICH DEVICES ARE INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE FITBIT APP?
Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent certain devices, like Fitbit devices, from syncing, our products aren't compatible with the following phones:
You would still be able set it up with a different device (Windows 10 computer, or iPad or many Android tablets) and sync via that device, but you may not be able to use all features, such as call and text notifications.
