I got the Inspire HR for Christmas and several times I have had it do this. Usually, I notice it in the morning because I'm trying to turn the alarm off but the button isn't responding. Also when I am having problems with the button, I can't get the time to show either. I end up having to put it on the charger for a little while to try to get it to work. This doesn't always fix it but then it will just randomly start working again later.

Hi @empresskalan - Glad you found us here in the forum. The first thing to try when a device is malfunctioning is a restart. Please do this three times, then give it 24 hours to see if that resolved the problems. If the problems persist, then contact Support. Your device is still under warranty.
