Sleep Logging Corrections

I use my FB to keep track of my sleep.  

I use the computer FB program and when it dl's the last nights sleep, sometimes it get confused and puts all the data in on the wrong day, especially if I take a nap during the day, it thinks the next sleep is the next day.   So....

 

In the computer FB program how do you move the sleep data from one day to another?

I don't know if this explains your problem, but be aware Fitbit always credits sleep to the day you wake up.

If you go to sleep at 11 PM Mon night and get up at 6 AM Tues morning, that is considered Tuesday's sleep.  There is nothing  you can do to change that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
