Sleep Score not Showing

Sleep score isn’t showing up. It’s tracking the length of time I’m sleeping. It’s tracked my score before but it doesn’t work consistently. How do I fix this?

I have the same issue, I get sleep patterns, but no sleep score and no sleep stages information since Sunday 30Aug

Same with me.  It’s always been inconsistent, works for a few days then stops but I haven’t had a sleep score for a week now.  It’s very irritating!

I'm pretty new here. I have my Fitbit since Friday...

One night I got a sleepreport but no sleepscore. I think it has tot do that the Fitbit missed my heartrate for a short time during the night.

I strapped the Fitbit a little better, and last night I had a sleep report and a sleepscore aswell. I hope this is a fix...

I bought the Inspire HR a month ago per my strength and conditioning coach's insistence.  After a month of wearing it religiously, I only have two Sleep Scores with Sleep Stages.  My trainer is frustrated with it and wants me to buy the new Versa 2.  His Versa is generates Sleep Score and Stages every night.  Maybe it's a component quality issue?  I've tried it tight, loose, two fingers from wrist joint, etc.  I do get the sleep pattern every night and heart rate works fine.

No - but I’ve stopped using the “Begin sleep now” function and since then I’ve had a sleep score. 

Dont know if it’s co-incidence but it’s worked for the last 4 days ...

I just got my inspire hr yesterday. For last night’s sleep i got sleep stages but no sleep score. I also noticed that in my settings page i could only turn on “receive sleep insights” but there was no option for sleep score... is this normal?

I think you have to give it some time/days for the Sleep score to show up. Maybe till the end of next day or more (1-2 days). I bought my Inspire HR on the evening of the 23rd of September and I got a sleep score only from 25 September morning onward.
I also don't think there is a settings option regarding sleep score.

I'm wearing versa 2 and it only show 2 nights sleeping score after that... pooofff now its only showing sleeping pattern but no scores.

I've got an Inspire HR. Bizarrely, the sleep score shows on my phone, but not on my tablet or my desktop PC. Duh????

Fitbit - any reply here? Mine is on and off constantly. Intermittent sleep scores yet nothing is being done any differently...

I've had my HR for two weeks and it's recorded my sleep patterns without any problems. There are two settings that may give your HR a more accurate Sleep Score. Both are under your Dashboard's, View Settings button. First, make sure your Wrist setting is on Non-Dominant. Second, set the Sleep Tracking to Sensitive. I do wear my device "snug" due to extremely hairy arms. Sometimes I question it's accuracy, but it's always recorded the different stages, time and produced a score. Good luck!

My sleep score shows up maybe once every two weeks.  Very frustrating that it doesn't work....product issue and I liked the sleep data before the sleep score.
