My Sleep tracker usually does not show me getting to sleep until after 5 am in the morning.
Now I do have trouble falling asleep and toss and turn a lot, but I do fall asleep before 5 Am....at least for a while. Any suggestions?

Hi @KWBGOLF - Could you possibly have your Sleep Tracking set to sensitive (versus normal) in your settings? Check that out (through the dashboard) and let me know.

It's set to normal. Should I leave it that way?

Also....does it make any difference what the start time is set to?

My Fitbit is set to normal for tracking sleep and I have the same issue. Lately it is not counting the full time I’m asleep or only records when I get up, as in when I hit awake, and then it shows only a few hours before I hit awake, not the entire time from when I went to bed until I wake up and hit the “Awake” button.
