All of a sudden after a couple months of owning an Inspire HR, it goes black, won’t respond to any touch or button press, and then displays the 001 code on the bottom which stays there for a few minutes but then goes away. I tried over and over again to reset it but all I get is that smiley face and then nothing again but a periodic short vibration.
After looking online, it appears that this same issue has been giving people fits for weeks now, and yet the issue still persists with no real solution. Why after so many people have had this same issue has NOTHING been found to fix it? Please advise.

I am Just experiencing exactly the same problem as @JGuer123 and no way to sort it out.
