My newly acquired Inspire HR tracks my sleep in segmented timeframes rather than in one total timeframe. It seems as though the first segment begins before midnight (when I go to bed) then the next segment will pick up sometime thereafter but not necessarily at midnight. On October 4th it registered 3 segments - the first was from 10 PM to 11 PM, the second was from 11 PM to 3 AM and the third was from 4 AM to 6 AM. Why is it tracking like this and what happened to the time from 3 AM to 4 AM? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@CFL210 A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your sleep detection on your Inspire HR. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time and change the settings on your device to Sensitive. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.
