For the last few days, I can’t access the same kind of sleep chart that I had when I first got my Fitbit a couple of weeks ago. The original charts were rounded and showed REM sleep along with other helpful info. Now, I am seeing straight lines with much less information. Is there a way to get the old chart back? Did I change something by accident?
I use an IPhone XR for syncing if that makes a difference - and it’s up to date.

Best AnswerSome days, you just don't get sleep stages without knowing why.
But using "Begin sleep now." is a good way to make sure you never get sleep stages.

The chart that you posted is the same one that I am seeing... I do use the manual setting now to track sleep although I had it on the auto setting AFTER the chart changed to see if that made a difference.
Everything else is as you suggested so I’m wondering if my device simply isn’t compatible with providing that type of chart any longer (perhaps since the latest update?)

Best AnswerJohnny Row - my apologies... I thought I was doing the auto sleep mode properly when I wasn’t. I called Fitbit about this and got the issue solved. Now I know not to set anything before I go to sleep and just let the bracelet do its own thing. It will generate the graph I am looking for that way.
Thanks so much for your help!
