My sleep icon has been greyed out for ages. On the PC and app I can get the stats, but not on the actual unit. The software updated a few days ago and that seems to have fixed the draining battery issue. Didn't fix the sleep icon though. Why it is always greyed out?

Let me help you with your sleep data on your Inspire HR. Try restarting your device and make sure it is syncing with your computer.

Hi. There's no problem syncing with the computer. Not at home right now so I can't say at the moment if a re-start will work.
