Is there any way to get rid of this new sleep score feature? I know I don’t sleep well, and this score has now attached a number to poor sleep. It’s not very motivating at all.
In addition, I have friends that have Also have the inspire HR and I seem to be the only one getting all these new features. I really wish it would stop
or the updates won’t happen so frequently and automatically.

Sleep Score just activated for me a few days ago and I hate it. I already have trouble sleeping and now I'm being judged/graded for my quality of sleep. It ratchets up my anxiety and creates a feedback loop of even worse sleep. I NEED to be able to turn this feature off for my health. Or maybe its time to explore other tracker options.

I don’t know why a solution was accepted! The solution would be to fix the problem. Glad I am not the only one

Agreed, this new Sleep Score is not helpful at all. Also, I’d like to know my average sleep TIME for the week (the way it was displayed before the update), NOT my average sleep score. Please get rid of this annoying “improvement” or let us know how to disable it!

I totally agree! I’m a GREAT sleeper and this nonsense sleep score crap is giving me anxiety & making me lose sleep! I’m a MUCH better sleeper than a “C average” sleep score number. I hate this “feature” 😡😡😡
