Sleep tracking wildly innaccurate

I'm fairly consistent with my sleep schedule. I have been for years. I get to sleep around 10PM and wake up around 5AM. Even weekends are within two hours of these times.

My inspire HR insists I am falling asleep between 1 AM and 3AM every night. When I manually reset the times it usually shows solid bands of sleep just after 10 and through the night with normal periods of restlessness and awake periods.

I've restarted the watch and set my sleep schedule. What else can I do to get the inspire hr to start tracking sleep better?

@dendari Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
