Hi wondered if anyone has had this problem? My step count is stuck on 9999.. this is my second day using my Fitbit so wondered If anyone can advise as to why? Tia

Hi @Michaelaxxx  Try restarting the Inspire several times. If that dpesnt u stick it please come back here
