Hi @B3 Is your Tracker syncing to your phone at all? If it isn't, try THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
If your Tracker is syncing other information then try restarting your Inspire and then uninstall the Fitbit App from your phone, reinstall it and log back into your fitbit account and try syncing again.

Best AnswerTry asking if the fitbit is syncing data to the online app; no it is not! Only to the phone.
Stop grading a question as 'answered' unless you actually hear back from someone that your answer actually worked.
In your case, all you did was give a link that takes someone to another link where they still have to search for more answers.
