Can you give more information?

Is your daily step count always zero? On the app, or also on the your wrist?

Is everything zero? Do you get any "active minutes", heart rate, calories burned?

 

Or, do you mean that sometimes you think it misses some steps?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
