I just got my Inspire yesterday & so far like it but about 9:30 p.m. tonight everything went back to zero on the tracker. The app is still correct. What would cause this?

This is not a normal behavior, I'd recommend to restart your Fitbit with these instructions and keep an eye on future days. If this keep happening we might have to get in touch with our support team, so they can help you with this. I can give you a hand with that if need it.

I just had this same problem tonight as I was feeding my Fitbit my 250 steps. I was heading back into the house and as I looked at my Fitbit it was zeroed out and the time was wrong. I checked the app and it was fine. I just left the Fitbit alone and after about 10 minutes it was fine. I think I just put it in shock from all the extra work today...🤪
