Steps when walking on a treadmill.

I have the same problem. Got a treadmill so that I can walk on my desk for 8+ hours per day, rather than sit on my butt.

I was so excited that I challenged my super active/single/no kids colleague in who's going to have the most steps.

Then I realized that unless my left arm is moving/ hanging down, my fitbit is barely counting any steps.

My arm is mostly rested on the desk since I have to type. 🙄

I do feel more active, happier an already lost some weight, I know that's awsome! But it sucks not getting any credit from my fitbit for it... and losing the challenge😋

Put the Fitbit on your ankle, in your pocket or loop around your belt!
