Open your app up. Now choose the option to log into your Fitbit account.
Once logged in you will be able to add the inspire.

Not necessarily so @Figun39 we see posts scattered all over these boards, Facebook, and reunited about how helpful Fitbit support has been.
Sometimes it takes the one trying to help to get creative when the user is having problems understanding.

Not sure how you can claim this as day after day people are asking the same questions, why cant I get my fitbit to sync, why cant my steps sync properly, why do my calories go backwards when my smexersize goes forward, why am I getting an email everytime someone asks a question? And i still dont have a good understanding of my fitbit even though i have looked at the app and talked to multiple of you people!!!!

I simply stated that for those that have contacted support. I often see posts about how helpful support has been.
As for posting in the Fitbit community. This is not contacting Fitbit support, but simply asking help from your fellow Fitbit users. So yes your help will vary, may even be wrong when asking hoe help from the Fitbit community.
When the tracker still shows the setup message, it simply means that the setup process has not completed and the user needs to do the add device again.
