I used to have the option to sync my Fitbit myself so it's not constantly syncing throughout the day. It may have been like that on a different one. I have the Inspire now. Does it have that option?

There used to be a settings in the app that toggled "all day sync" on or off but the option has been removed from the android app and it will sync regularly.
