I’ve searched and made the recommended adjustments, ie. turning off notifications, yet a full charge lasts less than 12 hours. My Inspire HR is less than five months old. Any ideas on how to restore the battery life?

Thank you for trying to help. I've tried these plus now charge from the computer rather than an outlet. Still today, I went from 100 to 33 in five hours .
