Stopped Syncing AGAIN

Stopped syncing again. Hasn't updated since Oct. 29th! Tried pressing the SYNC button on my tablet but all I get is a red circle with an exclamation point inside it. This seems to be an ongoing issue.

@SoteriaGal , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your report. 

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed. 

Check that the energy saving mode and the do not disturb option (mute) are switched off on the tablet. 

To do this, make sure that no other Bluetooth device is connected to the mobile device or nearby. (Headphones, keyboards, etc.)

Important: make sure that the Fitbit app is running in the background.
