Stopped Working Suddenly

My fitbit inspire HR was working just fine yesterday, but when I woke up this morning, it was not working at all (and I am 100% positive that it is not dead, the battery was above 80% last night when I went to sleep). This has never happened to me before so I do not know what to do. The screen is black, and it won't connect to my fitbit app. The app says no device is found. The green light on the back is also not on. I am not sure what to do and I am very sad because I really loved this fitbit!

My inspire HR has stopped working suddenly. It was working fine yesterday. The green light on the back is not on, and it will not respond to anything. I have tried putting it on the charger plugged into my computer and holding the power button on the fitbit down, per the advice of other people with the same problem. Unfortunately, nothing happened. I got this fitbit for Christmas 2019 so it is not even a year old, and I take good care of it so I am not sure what is wrong. I really don't want to have to purchase a new one.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
