I bought this in April wear it daily and then all of a sudden it stopped working. It says the battery is fully charged and I’ve tried to restart it but it’ll show a smiley face and then I can’t get it to do anything else. Anyone else have the same issue.

@MommaC7 In this case the smiley face is showing up after the restart. I'd like to ask you to clarify what is happening. When you say that the Fitbit won't do anything, do you mean that the display won't turn on? Are the Fitbit's HR lights turning on? Does it vibrate when you connect it to the charging cable? Does it sync?

I also bought mine April 1st, 2019 from Kohls in Apple Valley. MN. When I went to sleep it was ok and had enough battery. When i woke up the hr light light wasnt flashing anymore and nothing shows up on the screen. When i do the reset the smily face shows up. When i plus it in to charge it vibrates.

I bought mine around the same time and as of today my wrist only tells time. I can't get steps or another data on it. It will sync. I don't understand. 😞

I’ve plugged it in numerous times to try to restart, it will show the smiley face so I unplug it. Then it will not do anything, it won’t sync, there are no display lights, it just completely stopped working. When it is plugged in there is like a pulse but it doesn’t vibrate, please help this is the second Fitbit I’ve had issues with.

Mine is still having the same issues as mammac7 I have redone everything they asked in the emails they sent.
Very fustrated as it only worked for aproximatly 1m. I didnt have a chance to trouble shoot until now.
