Stopwatch Display - Inspire HR

Is it possible to adjust the stopwatch display on the Inspire HR so that the seconds are as large as the minutes? The seconds are small and almost impossible to read when I’m running. I like to do interval running where I change speeds at specific points in time and it’s really hard to do this without wearing a second device with a bigger stopwatch display.

Yes, I know what you mean! There is heaps of information but really hard to find what you want sometimes!

First you need to add the Interval Workput to the Inspire HR ifnitnis not there already. To do that on your app go to your Inspire HR page (account icon in the top left and then select Inspire HR) and scroll down to exercise shortcuts. If the Interval workput is not on the list in your Inspire then delete one exercise shortcut, tap the + sign in the top right corner and check Interval Workout and then Add to Inspire at the bottom.

Set intervals and repeats.

In the app on your I spire HRbpage as described above, on the list of exercise shortcuts on your inspire HR, tap Interval Workout and then select the duration of the Rest and Move stages and also the number of repeats you want and then sync your I spire HR and it should have transferred across and be ready to use.

If that isnt clear please come back (hard to describe 🤣)

Hi @SeaVik No, unfortunately you cant change the font size, but if you used the Interval Workout exercise shortcut instead of the timer (you need to set the intervals up in the app on your phone) you will get a vibration at the end of an interval, which might help you.

Thanks, that sounds like it would work for me. Any idea where to find instructions on how to do this? I like my Fitbit, but feel like instructions are strangely difficult to find. The “how to use” section on the app talks more about what it can do, but doesn’t explain how to actually do anything!

Thanks so much! The only remaining issue I’m having is that where it says “add”, it’s grayed out. The interval run I do goes like this:

Run slow 5 mins

Run fast 1 min, slow 2 min, repeat 8x

Run slow 5 min to finish

Maybe I can only do the middle part, in which case, I just have to start it after running the first 5 with the stopwatch. But if I can program the whole thing, that would be even better.

Thanks again!

No, you cant have the warm up and cool down as part of it. You can only set it up as move rest move rest. I usually do my warm up before I start the workout. Its a bit annoying, but easy enough to do.

Gotcha. I was playing around with the exercise options and noticed many let you set a cue at a regular interval. All I really need is a buzz when each minute passes. But strangely, the shortest recurring cue time period seems to be 2 minutes. So weird...
