Stopwatch

I have had a Inspire HR band for about a month and recently I somehow activated my stopwatch and I have no idea on how to end it and/or clear it. Not a major issue, it is just always visible on the screen (below the clock, etc)

Normally the way to stop the stopwatch is to tap the 2 vertical bars below the counter to pause it, then swipe down to see 'Reset',  tap that, then repeatedly tpush side button to back out of it.

But if you see it below the clock,  I don't understand, and wonder if it is truly the stopwatch.

By "below the clock" do you mean you see the clock and stopwatch on the screen together, or you scroll down from the clock and see the stopwatch, or ...?

Sorry, can’t post the image. Basically, on the watch screen, below all of the data readings ( time, calories, mph) is an ongoing timer. Am I currently recording an exercise? But how do I stop it. Nothing is active on app.

Have you tried just pressing the side button a few times?

If in a web browser, click the camera icon above entry box to add a picture.

Does this timer have digital numbers that keep increasing?

Could you be talking about the hours with 250+ steps? dots around a circle with a guy inside jumping, and underneath telling how many many hours you have met, such as "6 out of 10"?  That's the bottom display on mine as I scroll down (swipe up).

Do you see it on this diagram of the Inspire HR functions taken from the manual?

Not sure what I did, but under the impression that 80+ hours ago I started some sort of recording, as my screen stats ( miles, calories, mph, etc) display those and not a daily amount. The digital timer is on display beneath each of those screens. My app appears to be current with daily stats. I just want to end whatever recording I am on but there is no clear indication on how I do that. Can’t find it through manual or otherwise
