I accidentally deleted user data (clear user data)
Now it won't sync. I tried resetting it by plugging it in and holding the button until the smiley face comes up, but it still won't connect.
What do I do????

Best AnswerHi, @kkkkkt , the unpair part refers to going to your phone’s Bluetooth settings (not the Fitbit app) and delete/ remove/ forget the device. Until you do that it won’t allow you to set it up again.
