I just updated to ios13, my Fitbit wasn't sending notifications so I tried unsyncing and resyncing. now my iPad is unable to even "SEE" the Fitbit in Bluetooth let alone sync it to my iPad. I only got this 2 days ago and will be very annoyed if I have to return it because of the update.
everything works fine on my phone but I mostly use my iPad so it is very annoying if I can't use my iPad.
I've tried:
a. turning on and off bluetooth
b. restarting iPad
c. both a and b at the same time
d. reinstalling fit bit app
e. both b and d at the same time
f. both a b and d at the same time
g. restating the fit bit
h. both a b d g at the same time
i. both a b g at the same time
j. both a d g at the same time
k. logging out of Fitbit app then reinstalling
l. all of the above at the same time
this is really infuriating that there is no fix for this at the price that the Fitbit comes at, also it is not a hardware problem because I checked if my Bluetooth speaker would pair and it would 100% of the time so its, a software problem which either apple or Fitbit needs to fix.

You did a great job! Please confirmed that you've tried the steps in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Please make sure that your iPad and Fitbit app are up to date.
Since you're using more than one device to sync your Fitbit, I'd suggest to try the following:
When setting up your Fitbit again, please use only one device at the time and please turn off the Bluetooth of the other devices to avoid any interference between all of them.
Give this a go and let me know if this time you can successfully link your device, I'll be around.

I did the last Fitbit update and since then I do not receive text message updates! I have read and done everything on the website. My phone is always close even right next to my Fitbit and it still doesn’t work. I need it fixed ASAP or I can send my inspire hr to Fitbit for a full refund because I can no longer take back to the store.
