Sync and update

More and more frustrated with Inspire HR as it has now decided it will not ‘find device’. So have to turn off Bluetooth, reboot and go through rigmarole on a daily basis. Latest update will not load despite repeated attempts- now get message every time on screen advised of new update - which is a pain. Water and sleep not showing on device which from reading blogs is far from an isolated issue. All in all device is going  downhill rapidly In my estimation. Frustrated of Chichester!

I just wasted 30 minutes of my time when the "support" person did the exact same steps I have already taken.  Find it strange that it worked fine until I cancelled my Premium........

It finds the device and I enter the code.  From there it just spins.....

I think there must be something wrong with the new firmware. I also am repeatedly asked to install it, but it doesn’t seem to happen after hours of saying “installing.” Unfortunately, today I tried again, and now it claims to be installing (5 hours after I started it), and now the device is not syncing, information  mismatched with app, and then just shows a horizontal line in the window. Frustrating, and not much information about this new firmware that I can find.

Exactly the same - cancelled Premium and update issued same day won’t load - I suspected it wasn’t a coincidence....

Have you cancelled your Premium subscription? I did, same day I was notified of update and it won’t load with same problems as you...

There must be some genie in the software listening to my complaints. Just after I sent my recent email, the Fitbit decided to complete the update (more than 5 hours after it began), and now—for the moment—the device seems to have synced and be working. Fingers crossed. Very weird behavior.
