Synced Data Disappeared

Is there a way to retrieve previously synced data that has disappeared?

I received my Inspire fitness tracker and started using in on 4th July. Since then I have achieved over my step goal on 5th July and 8th & 9th July. Today when I reached my step goal my tracker buzzed. I immediately synced it with my phone, however within seconds of being synced my step total went back to what it had before the last time I synced with the app earlier today. All my step counts since this 4 th July have reduced even though I had over 10,000 steps on 8th and 9th July and over 20,000 steps on 5th July. The badges for all these steps are still showing in my app, but the steps aren’t- is there a way to get this information back showing on the app dashboard?

@gracetierney93, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your missing data. Did you log any activities on your account? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? In both instances this could log an activity that may overwrite the data that your tracker recorded. Could you please share a screenshot of your activities area? Also log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Let me know how it goes.
