Hi

I’m new to wearing a Fitbit and have connected it to my wellness account but my steps are not showing?

I’ve done 13,416 steps so far today but mywellness is only showing 421 moves ! Does it sync at a certain time ie midnight?

Also it thought I had done an amazing 87 lengths swimming this morning while I was working (I’m a cleaner) I’ve deleted the exercise and moved my Fitbit to my other wrist hopefully this will sort the issue? I think it’s because I was hoovering and it mistook it swimming 🤣

I am also having sync issues with my Fitbit and wellness account.  Wellness Support recommended the FitToFit app to sync Fitbit to Google Fit, which the Wellness app uses. Hope this helps you Lucy-anne and danni10.

However, sometimes Google Fit is logging more steps than my Fitbit and the sync is only working one way.  Fitbit steps are synced to Google Fit, but Google Fit steps are not being synced to Fitbit.  For example, recently while sightseeing on vacation, Fitbit logged 13,789 steps and Google Fit logged 22,420.  If I am shopping, I don't always change my Fitbit location from wrist to clip and rely on Google Fit to track my steps with my phone in my pocket.  If the FitToFit sync will only work the one way, I would like to be able to change the step count manually.
