Syncing difficulties and incorrect time zone

Good day

 

 my fitbit just lost time, my country doesn’t show and on the app where it shows device it keeps on saying Looking for inspire HR but when I check Bluetooth it shows connected 

can anyone assist I can’t sync or update my vitality

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To change the time zone of your account, I suggest you to check the information that's specified on: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
