Hello,
I have had my Fitbit Inspire for about a month, and it has really be struggling with getting stuck when tracking steps. It will freeze mid-workout and stop counting. Sometimes it comes back on its own after 50 or so steps, and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried restarting it multiple times. Today, after restarting, the step count was about 300 fewer than where it was before the freeze, and I only got about 100 steps in before it froze again. I continued the restart process again but keep getting the same results. Any suggestions?
