Syncing does not work

I’ve had my fitbit for about 2 years now, the app worked well and had no issues whatsoever. There was no problems until up to last month (10/22) where my syncing was taking longer than usual and didn’t sync. I tried revisiting it today and the same issues still occurred. I pulled up the help article and tried everything by making sure my bluetooth was connected, rebooting it (rebooted it 3 times), restarting it via computer and charger. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned bluetooth on and off, everything and it’s still not working. Hoping there is some other way I can fix this.

Hi, @gloomiemoths, welcome, you may find these articles of interest  How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync?  If these steps do not resolve your issue go to the Fitbit app on your phone (you do not mention the make or model of your phone so I'm not able to give more details) and check that the Fitbit app has all permissions allowed, clear storage and cache, check background data is allowed, and unrestricted data usage and the battery usage is unrestricted.
