Syncing gone wrong after clock change

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Steps per hour has gone an hour ahead and daily total steps have synced an hour ahead using yesterdays data. This has only happened since clocks went forward this morning.

I’m having a similar issue. The clock on my device is correct but the time within the daily steps and other goal screens are an hour ahead of the actual time.

Hello @jackhtfc  @Ribi  and @Jash97 and welcome to the Help forum.  This is a very common occurrence for both DST and BST.  It also happens when you fly and cross several time zones.  It works itself out in a day or so.

I got my first Fitbit in 2013, so I have been through a lot of clock changes.  It has always worked itself out.

Ah right good to hear thanks! Hopefully that’ll be the case

Yes, have the same issue. Sleep is miscalculated. Will wait it out and see if it adjusts as users have mentioned.
