I have had my fitbit for maybe 8 months now and for the past 2-3 months I happen to experience sync issues on a weekly basis!
i reset the fitbit (while on charger, click the button for 5, wait until smiley face pops up), deleted app, re downloaded app... i did it all! But it keeps doing the same thing every week and I am getting tired of this!
any tips? Advice?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
