Syncing issues with Inspire

I had an Alta with the old app worked perfectly. Bought an Inspire and had to update the app and it's total junk. Won't sync or log anything. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it same problem.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your \mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I have done all that and tried it on multiple devices. If you read the reviews it is pretty universal that people don't like this app, because it doesn't work. In fact I haven't seen any that actually like it. I tried to contact your customer service but only get the message that due to covid you are unable to answer concerns. I'm deleting the app on all my devices
