I had an Alta with the old app worked perfectly. Bought an Inspire and had to update the app and it's total junk. Won't sync or log anything. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it same problem.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your \mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
