Issues with notifications and changing clock face

I’m getting notifications for someone else on my iphone and I can’t change the clock face, it just cycles and does nothing

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It seems that your Inspire HR is connected to someone's mobile device via Bluetooth connection, therefore, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to troubleshoot this uncommon situation. Also, to change the clock face of your device and because such option is not loading, please troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
