Hi, @sienna , sync issues are pretty common and actually almost always resolve themselves, but I do understand that they can be frustrating!
If your Fitbit does not seem to be syncing as it should, I would recommend have a look at this help article: Why won’t my Fitbit sync . It is a good idea to follow these steps carefully and in order.
I always find that the best first step is to give your Fitbit a restart . That usually solves it pretty quickly if you immediately try to force a sync after the restart.
But
please don’t worry too much - sync issues at any given moment can because the internet has briefly dropped out or there are too many Bluetooth devices around you competing for attention.
If the steps explained in these help articles don’t work for you, please post again letting us know what you have tried. There is always someone here to help, so I am pretty sure we can get you back going again.
PS don’t worry too much if sync is a bit delayed. Your Fitbit will store detailed information (like sleep, exercise etc for up to 5-7 days) and basic info like steps and heartrate for up to 30 days) so temporary sync issues, though annoying, shouldn’t cause data loss.

Hi, @sienna , as explained in the link I shared above in how to restart your Fitbit, there are 2 ways to restart your Inspire 2. The simplest way is via the Fitbit itself. From the clock screen on your Inspire 2 swipe down until you come to “settings”. Tap on settings and then swipe up until you come to “reboot device” Tap and then hold the screen for 3 seconds. (if you let go before it has restarted it won’t work, so keep pressing!)
The other method involves plugging in the Fitbit to the charger. For full instructions please see the link to restart .
Please post again if you have any difficulties.
