When I bought my Fitbit I synced it with both iPad and iPhone and both work well. I have just bought my husband a Fitbit and it has synced with his iPad but can’t get it to sync with iPhone as well. Have downloaded app to iPhone when I click ‘join’ and enter email and password it says that these details are being used by someone else. If I click on ‘log in’ instead , it says log in details are not correct. Can anyone help please.

Hi @Lulujulie You do need to log in, not join again. If it is not accepting the log in details, are you sure you have them correct for his account?. If they are correct and not recognised, uninstall the app and then reinstall it and try again. Good luck!
