My Inspire is not syncing with my phone or my tablet.  The Bluetooth is on in both devices.

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thanks, it took a few tries, burning was able to restart my Inspire .. Thanks. A. Frustrating problem solved.
