I just got a new inspire HR because I wasn’t getting text notifications on my Alta. Well I’m not getting them on the Inspire either. I have gone thru all the suggested fixes and it still won’t. So is there fix to this problem? If not, I will be returning this Inspire.

Hi @loveRving What phone are you using? There are a few phone related notification problems at present.

I’m having this same problem, it’s been going on since September, I could have returned the product then but was told by customer support they were working on a fix. I’m super irritated by this.

@Al26exa What phone are you using? My issue (Samsung and Android 10) was been fixed in the latest update, so even if yours is a different phone they ARE actually working on it.

That’s weird cause they told me via Twitter that they thought the troubleshooting they posted had fixed it which it didn’t. I’m using an iPhone 7

If what they told you didnt fix it, Id suggest you go back to Support. Have you been through the process in the first post in THIS thread by KateFitbit. If done exactly as stated it should sort it out for you. I dont have an iPhone so cant test it.
