Text notification Inside HR & Google pixel

I have a Google pixel phone that my inspire HR is connected to. I used to receive text, phone call, email etc. Notifications on my Fitbit and now suddenly I do not. I have tried resetting both, making sure all notifications are turned on, Bluetooth is connected etc and still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do as this is super frustrating!

Hi @Magdoodle19 What Pixel phone do you have? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Notification Problems.

It is a compatible device. I received all notifications like I should for a couple months and then suddenly it stopped without me changing any setting. I have tried everything on that list sadly and still nothing.

The fact that worked for a few months does NOT mean it is necessarily a Supported Device. What pixel is it?

Like I stated before, it's a Google pixel as in the first one, which is a supported device
