Just wanted to take a moment to thank Fitbit customer service through chat who helped me restart my Fitbit who was charged but have a black screen. Their instructions to plug in my charger into a UBS port in my computer attaching my Fitbit to the charger and holding the start button down for 5 seconds after if vibrated did the trick and my Fitbit is working again. Just letting y'all know. Thank you.
