My Fitbit Inspire HR keeps randomly changing time by exactly six hours. It also resets the steps, etc. until I sync with my phone at which point the time and steps correct themselves. Is there a fix for this?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR changing the time. Start by logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in and check your timezone settings. After this restart your tracker. You could also changing the timezone, save and sync then change it back to the correct one, save and sync again.

Unfortunately, your suggestions have not fixed the problem. I’ve reset everything, tried setting the time zone to Set Automatically and also manually to the wrong time zone and then my time zone, but the time keeps changing to exactly 6 hours off.
