My touch screen isn’t responding. The sensor still works as I can sync it with my app and it’s tracking steps. I can push the button on side for time and that’s all. I even tried to restart it and it wouldn’t restart. Any suggestions? Only had it for 3 months.

I woke up this morning and I am having the same issue! I hope it’s not another side effect of a behind the scene update issues. PLEASE HELP ANYONE!!

I'm having the same problem. It started yesterday morning. When I push and hold the button, I feel a buzz, but it does not switch from the clock screen to show the battery level. The screen is stuck on clock and distance. The clock does show the correct time, and the Inspire will sync with the fitbit app on my phone.

I tried to reset it my connecting it to the charging cable and holding the button for more than 5 seconds, but it did not reset.

FIXED IT!

I found the last post in this thread reporting the same problem, and fixing it by using the app to select a different clock screen.

Just did that on mine and it responds to touches again.

Had my inspire for 52 days. This past week all it is is a watch. Nothing else works. Place I bought it won't take it back.  Now what? Any suggestions?
