Tracking active minutes, but not exercise

Hi there, 

 

I was hoping someone could give me a hand with a problem I had with my Inspire HR.

 

This morning I was in soon class for 50 minutes.

My Inspire recognized I was actively working out since it did record my active minutes.

The problem is that although it did record active minutes it didn’t track my exercise. 

I have no exercises recorded for today!

* Why did this happen?

*How do I fix it now so it shows my active minutes + the exercise I did today

* How can I know how many calories I burnt during these active minutes or during this workout that wasn’t recorded?

 

Hope someone can give me some insight since I´m a bit confused!

I'm having the same trouble with my Versa today. It logged my active minutes during my intense interval workout this morning but failed to log it as exercise. If I try to manually add it as exercise it doubles my active minutes for the day, which is incorrect. 

 

I've never had this problem before, but this is the first time I have utilized the new updated app during workout. 

 

I've restarted my Versa but that didn't seem to help.

Me too! My Fitbit Inspire registered 55 active minutes today when I was playing badminton, but it doesn't appear to count as exercise, even when I log it separately. It's very frustrating.

My Inspire tracked 79 minutes that I was on the treadmill as active minutes but not as exercise - and I don’t know why..  it was working before but I had an old phone and it would not sync up with my iPhone 6 - new phone and still not getting active minutes nor sleep being recorded (last sleep was 9/1/21 - and I can guarantee you I have slept since September!)

I put it all down to the old phone but new phone and still not working- what’s up Fitbit programmers?

Sleep being recorded now, took 48 hours with new phone but exercise not recorded.  I have 69 active minutes but no exercise (however if I manually put in that I walked 5 steps in 1 minute I get exercise recorded?!?!?)  really so I can cheat but really?!?!

Afternoon-i am still having issues and the support help line really isn’t very supportive or helpful.
Have you gotten any help. I am wondering if they did an upgrade of some kind that messed up. It’s very frustrating.

I did not call support usually just posting here gets results as someone
from Fitbit is usually trolling the site looking for issues
