My fitbit Blaze had an option for work outs that i would use when i would work out. What would i use for my Inspire? would i just hit the swim button?

Workp0ut is still available on Inspire(HR), as are about 20 others.

What I meant to ask was, when I do yoga, what option do I put it under since I do not have a "work out" option.

How about "Yoga" from the link I gave above?  But "workout" is still there.
