I had knee surgery last month and have not been mobile since 2/9. My fitbit has just been sitting silently waiting for me to wear it again. I have been keeping it charged. Today I tried to wear it, but it won't sync at all. When I look at all of my numbers since 2/9, it shows 0 on each day. I have checked bluetooth and turned it off and back on. What is the next step?

You probably did this already, but couldn't hurt. On the watch there is a option to 'restart' the watch. Turn bluetooth completely off on your phone, and close the fitbit app completely. Do the restart. After it is restarted, open the app...it should complain of no BT, then go into BT on your phone and turn it on. You should see in realtime it reconnecting with your phone/app. (this is Android-centric, you iphone people should chime in if it is different)

My inspire 2 stopped pairing /syncing after the December 8 2021 app update. Tonight I was on the help chatroom and was told my phone id nit longer compatible as it has operating system version 8. Inspire 2 now works in version 9.

I had another session in the chatroom as it made no sense to me that when I tried my fitbit in ither family members phones with operating systems 11 and 12, much newer, it had the same result. I now have the correct information. My inspire 2 needed the data cleared, like a factory reset in the actual fitbit settings abd now at last its working as it should be.
