My Fitbit used to last eight days before charging. Now I have to charge every other day. I noticed that every time I move my wrist it turns on. This never happened before. I’ve tried finding a way to turn this option off with no luck. Please help

Hold in left button a few seconds.  Look for 'Screen Wake'.  Tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

  • Thank you so much. I’ve been scanning the app. Never thought to check my actual fit bit!
